Cloud and NAS privacy with ADRIVE

Understand data locations, provider policies and AI-related data use across connected clouds.

Combining clouds in one view does not automatically move all files to one server. Data should remain with its provider unless a user intentionally copies or migrates it. External services have their own storage regions and data handling policies.

What does this mean day to day?

01

Data location

A provider account and selected region determine where files are stored.

02

Provider rules

Check each provider’s policy, including any permitted use of content for AI training.

03

Permissions

A connection only provides access allowed by its account and authorization.

Review permissions granted to integrations and possible transfers outside the EU. Never enter NAS passwords into a marketing form. Final security and retention details will be documented with the released product.

How to start

  1. 01

List the clouds, NAS devices and accounts you use, without entering credentials on the marketing site.

  2. 02

Clarify who should access each source and the restrictions of each provider.

  3. 03

Follow product availability; Windows drive mounting and integrations require completed testing.

Important information
