Planned ADRIVE cloud and NAS connections
OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, SOFBAC Drive/Workspace, Synology and QNAP NAS — planned ADRIVE sources.
The roadmap includes popular clouds such as Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox, SOFBAC services and NAS devices from various manufacturers. Some sources require API integrations while others use secure file access protocols.
QNAP NAS — planned connection. SOFBAC ADRIVE is intended to add shared folders from QNAP devices as another source, for example via WebDAV (HTTPS), SFTP or SMB over a secure network/VPN, depending on the device setup. Qsync is QNAP’s separate file synchronization application; native Qsync integration is not being claimed. This connection remains subject to testing.
What does this mean day to day?
Cloud providers
OneDrive, Google Drive and Dropbox are planned integration priorities.
SOFBAC services
SOFBAC Drive and Workspace should be recognized through the customer account.
NAS & protocols
Synology, QNAP and compatible devices through supported secure protocols.
Actual availability depends on authentication, permissions and provider restrictions. This page is a roadmap, not a list of fully certified integrations.
Example: two clouds and one NAS
Imagine Dropbox, OneDrive and the company NAS beneath one Explorer drive. This is the planned user experience, not a promise that every integration is available today.
How to start
- 01
List the clouds, NAS devices and accounts you use, without entering credentials on the marketing site.
- 02
Clarify who should access each source and the restrictions of each provider.
- 03
Follow product availability; Windows drive mounting and integrations require completed testing.
