Cloud and NAS workflow examples

Illustrative use cases for offices, schools and teams on the move.

School example: teachers use files on an on-site NAS while administrators keep documents in a separate cloud. Instead of opening several apps, authorised sources would appear beneath one Windows drive. This is a target scenario, not a live customer reference.

What does this mean day to day?

01

Office — several cloud accounts

Dropbox, OneDrive and internal storage could appear within one planned Windows drive view.

02

School — NAS and shared folders

Different permissions remain separate while authorized users access multiple approved sources.

03

Mobile team — project documents

Authorized staff could open files from several sources without constantly switching applications.

Service company example: photos, instructions and reports live with multiple providers. ADRIVE is designed to help users navigate by source without copying everything into one storage pool. Each connection still needs separate testing.

How to start

  1. 01

List the clouds, NAS devices and accounts you use, without entering credentials on the marketing site.

  2. 02

Clarify who should access each source and the restrictions of each provider.

  3. 03

Follow product availability; Windows drive mounting and integrations require completed testing.
